  • Brian Hardwick, CEO, and Terry Gray, President, have participated in the development of over 150 wells in the Barnett Shale. In March 2007, they formed Regal Energy, LLC to offer their industry expertise in this growing market. Since then they have continually added partnerships to the Regal Energy portfolio and have expanded their service capability with the addition of two corporate entities. In December of 2009, they officially announced the formation of Red River Securities, LLC which was then followed by the announcement in January of 2010, of the formation of Regal Energy Operating, LLC. Working together, the three companies have the key forces required to develop quality partnership opportunities.

      • Brian Hardwick, CEO

        Brian Hardwick is Chief Executive Officer of Regal Energy, Regal Energy Operating, and Red River Securities, which he co-founded after serving as Vice President for three years and as a registered representative for five years with industry competitors where his duties included evaluating potential investments for clients and building portfolios of oil and gas assets. Mr. Hardwick attended college at UCA and currently has licenses which are effective with FINRA; a Limited Principal Supervisory license, a Limited Industry license, and a State Securities Law license.

      • Terry Gray, President

        Terry Gray is President of Regal Energy, Regal Energy Operating and Red River Securities which he co-founded after serving as an executive with other competitors. Mr. Gray comes from a family heavily involved in the oil and gas industry and is experienced in building and maintaining oil and gas portfolios. Mr. Gray graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Education degree in 1994. Mr. Gray has licenses which are effective with FINRA and currently holds a Limited Principal Supervisory license, a Limited Industry license, and State Securities Law license.

      • Laurie Roberts, Chief Compliance Officer

        Mrs. Roberts is Chief Compliance Officer and Executive Vice president co-founder of Red River Securities. Prior to Red River Securities, Mrs. Roberts was the President and Chief Operating Officer of a registered investment advisor and registered Investment Company. Mrs. Roberts was co-founder and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of a Texas registered broker-dealer. Mrs. Roberts is a registered and licensed general securities representative, general securities principal and financial operations principal of Red River Securities. She is a 1988 graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She is also a graduate of the University of Texas at Dallas with a Masters degree in organizational development.
